Am antrenor personal si imi da ea toate exercitiile pe care le am de facut, cele mai eficiente sunt cele pe TRX, acum depinde ce rezultate astepti pentru abs. Daca vrei si sa slabesti trebuie sa faci si cardio (alergat, bicicleta, inot)
