Her dedication to her blog paid off, as she won many awards in the last three years. But what’s more surprising is the fact that she’s always active, traveling the world, collaborating with big names like YSL or Nivea and appearing in glossy magazines like Elle or Marie Claire.
From your blog, we’ve seen you’ve had quite a busy 2015, what are your plans for 2016?
I’ve started a new collaboration with L’Oreal Paris, I’ve adventured into some freelance work with my new friend Mike Nicolaev, we are about to shoot our third time for Luisa Via Roma with Emil Costrut. I can say things are going good, and when it’s going good it’s going great. We are busy.
What has changed now with your blog and social media presence blowing up versus the beginning of it all? Tell us the story behind it.
I’ve always been a content-oriented person. I used to write 12 page essays in high school just for the creative purpose of it. I took a lot of photos. I kept shooting outfits as often as I could, even with self-timer.
When writing and photography combined into a college exam, the result was the blog. I have to say things are going great right now, and I keep creating content every day, documenting my life in a way. It’s like a visual journal and that has attracted its followers. It’s my life.
How hard is it to put yourself out there and explain everything about your private life, from what you’re eating to what you’re wearing?
People are looking for genuine human beings, they are looking for the little things that connect us and make us one. I give them just that. I am a normal person, behind all those dapper photographs and I’m happy to be just who I am, and that means I will share it, if I want to. If you find out something about me, is because I want you to know it, I want you to talk, to get engaged in some kind of online friendship that might be beyond others.
Your hair is always changing, how do you manage to keep it healthy?
I have to give all the credit to my fiancé, Raul Tisa. He’s is a rock ass hairstylist that takes care of my hair – color, cut, shape, texture, you name it. Vestige Atelier des Beaux Arts has recently introduced the Olaplex hair rescue system to Romania and we’ve been using it ever since, it works wonders. Use professional care & products and your hair will be happy.
You launched your first collection, what can you tell us about the materials behind it – leather, velvet and lace?
I’ve always been a little runaway, so leather was actually my first choice as a fresh canvas. The collection has some romantic twists and turns and suddenly the velvet kicks in: Pantone 672U looks deep and medieval on velvet, so we’ve introduced cocktail dresses with padded shoulders and low-rise pencil trousers in this color. The affair ends with some fishnet items – the military inspired net blouse and the Outrageous party dress.
What’s your fastest make-up routine? What step you never skip?

How do you keep motivated on a morning when the blues are sinking in?
Turn on my UEBoom and hit play on my “Good morning” playlist from my YouTube channel. Warm water & lemon, stretching, a hot shower. I’m good to go. No storm will stop me. And my playlist.
What was your first Instagram post, do you remember?
I think it was some picture I took in my bedroom, #TBT from when we used to have a kick-ass-rented-flat in the heart of Cluj-Napoca. I don’t quite remember, but I will scroll down on 10,000+ photos for you guys.
